§ 1 Information on the collection of personal data
(1) In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data that are personally related to you, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behaviour.

(3) When contacting us by e-mail or using a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address and if applicable your name and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We will delete the data collected in this context once their storage is no longer necessary, or restrict their processing if legal storage obligations exist.
(4) If we have to make use of contracted service providers for individual functions of our offering or wish to use your data for promotional purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective procedures. In doing so we will also mention the criteria determined for the storage duration.
§ 2 Your rights
(1) You have the following rights with regard to the personal data concerning you:
- right to information,
- right to correction or deletion,
- right to restriction of the processing,
- right to object to the processing,
- right to data transmissibility.
(2) You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website
(1) When you merely visit the website for information, i.e. if you do not register or transmit other information to us, we collect only the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website we collect the following data, which are technically necessary for us to be able to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security.
- IP address
- Date and time of the enquiry
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of the request (specific page)
- Access status/HTTP status code
- Respectively transmitted quantity of data
- Website from which the request came
- Browser
- Operating system and its user interface
- Language and version of the browser software.
(2) In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies will be stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive by your browser and via which certain information is transmitted to the entity that set the cookie (in this case us). Cookies cannot execute any programs, nor can they transmit viruses to your computer. Their purpose is to make the website more user-friendly and more effective as a whole.
(3) Use of cookies:
a) This website uses the following types of cookie, whose scope and method of functioning are explained below:
- transient cookies (see b)
- persistent cookies (see c).
b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These include in particular session cookies, which store a so-called session ID with which various enquiries of your browser can be attributed to the common session. This allows your computer to be recognised again when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.
c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time, which can vary from cookie to cookie. You can delete the cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.
d) You can configure your browser settings according to your wishes and, for example, reject the acceptance of third-party cookies or all cookies. We wish to point out, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website.
§ 4 Objection to the processing of your data or revocation of your consent thereto
(1) If you have given us your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this at any time. Such a revocation affects the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have served us with your revocation.
(2) If our processing of your personal data is based on a weighing of interests, you can object to its processing. This is the case if the processing is in particular not for the fulfilment of a contract with you, which is illustrated by us in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we kindly request that you give us the reasons why we should not process your personal data as conducted by us. In case of your well-founded objection, we will check the circumstances and will either cease or adapt the data processing or indicate to you our legitimate interests on the basis of which we will continue the processing.

§ 5 Adobe Typekit
For the uniform display of fonts, this page uses so-called web fonts provided by Adobe Typekit. When visiting a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.For this purpose your browser must establish a connection to the Adobe Typekit servers. As a result, Adobe Typekit gains awareness that our website was visited via your IP address. The use of Adobe Typekit takes place in the interests of a uniform and appealing display of our online offerings.
